DEPRESSION – During this interview Dr Sarah shares with us about depression, the symptoms that are common with depression, and shares how assumptions we create as a child can affect us as adults, especially in terms of they can influence the depressogenic thoughts we have. Dr Sarah resources us with ways to help people who may be experiencing depression in their families or at work.
